The construction system consists of hollow building elements which allow an efficient , high quality house building. The exterior and division walls are build up in a few hours / days. Once erected, the walls dispose of vertical and horizontal channels , which for static need can be fitted with armoring iron and filled with concrete. There will be nothing visible from neither sides of this half-timbered work. The electrical and sanitary items are easily installed through the hollow spaces of the elements, which can be worked on with wood working tools. When the elements are put and aligned neatly and the interconnection joints formed cleanly, the walls will look like stone blocks (blocks of tufa stone). A spray plaster or finishing coat can be applied direct on the block surface.

The hollow block elements are made of a material that is accordance with Swiss standard ( SIA 279:2011 ) of insulating masonry products. It is a cement-bounded lightweight construction material that contains cellulose fibers , which give the material thermal and acoustical insulating properties. Due to its similarity with wood the material creates a balanced inner room climate. It is non-flammable and cannot be destroyed by insects .
